I am going to work primary and general election this year

I am going to work the election polls again this year. I work the polls all day long, from 6:00 AM to about 7:00 PM, so I have to take something with me to eat and a book read or a manuscript to edit.

The past few years my lunch has consisted of one or two items of food or cold Hobo stew. This year I am going to take a different approach to my meal. This year I have to take a different approach because at 62 I need to eat healthier. I have to start eating healthier because I have an ulcer.

I think the best thing to do come up with a menu for myself. I will have my entire set of dentures then, so I can eat sandwiches and salads. The problem is what kind of sandwich do I want. I think perhaps a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich. I do not eat that type of sandwich often and it is full of energy. As for the salad, I have no idea what type of salad goes with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but I am going to find out.

My polling place has changed

I received a card in the mail today stating that my polling place had changed. When I vote this year it will go to a church instead of a school. It ought to be interesting to see how many people vote in an off year election. I'm not sure what's going to be on a ballet this year. Most of the stuff on the ballet will be local.

We have early voting in Las Vegas, Nevada, and it occurs about a week before the regular election. There is early voting for both the primary and main election. My mother and I usually vote early and this year I think I'll vote by mail. So I may not go to the polling place at all, unless I work as an election clerk.
