O Lord of Knowledge,
Give us wisdom to understand your will
For we see the disintegration around us and think
The world is ending soon.

O Lord of Knowledge,
Allow us to see that test and difficulties
Bring humanity closer to you.

O Lord of Knowledge,
Let us see the new world being born
Out of the stiff we face today
And give us understanding of the new civilization
That will come when we have passed
Through this time of fear.

O Lord of Knowledge,
Bring us closer to you
And to your Mirror for this day.
