After Midnight

It's after midnight,
I'm not sure what to write,
so I sit and type
a poem for poetry month.
I can't sleep
and I have a form poem to write
about a woman in a launder mat,
but I can't seem to write the lines.
Perhaps if I say some prayers
and get a fresh start at dawn
I'll be able to complete the poem.
