The feeling of an idea

Creativity question 7: What does it feel like when an idea comes to you--for a painting, a book, a play, a quilt, a journal entry--and you know it's terrific?
It's riding a roller coaster
down a steep slope,
it's listening to the Amazing Grace
played on bagpipes,
or seeing a bald eagle
carrying a salmon in his beak.
It's hearing a pack of wolves
howl at the moon,
it's watching a rocket rise from
its launch pad,
or riding a Harley-Davidson.
